This is a VERY RARE collectible quality air rifle made by National Cart Corporation during the 1947-1949 period..  The stock appears to be walnut and the forearm material is unknown, likely plastic.  There are a few small cracks in the stock but since this gun is over 75 years old they don't seem to be a problem.

It is really unique with the ability to shoot from two different barrels.  I rebuilt it to shoot hard and it does.  It is obviously not as accurate as a Sheridan, but that is due to the round ball ammo it shoots as opposed to pellets.  Still, it is a very unique gun.

I chronographed 695 FPS using 10  pumps and the BB load.

Before pumping it is important to pull the hammer knob  back to the first click to ensure proper chamber pressure.
