Citadel miniature ‘Greatsword 2’ (code 020211302). Released by Games Workshop in 2000 for the 6th edition of Warhammer Fantasy Battles. 

This is a classic fighter, sculpted in the style of a 16th-century landsknecht. Perfect for collectors of vintage Warhammer fantasy models, or someone looking to play Warhammer: The Old World or one of the older editions. It would even fit in a Cities of Sigmar or Mordheim force. The plastic remakes of this sculpt just didn’t have the same character, that oozes from this figure’s puffy sleeves and grand moustaches.

What you see in the photos is what you get. The miniature has had its original paintjob removed but some residues of black primer remain, particularly in the recesses. These can be removed with the careful application of an appropriate solvent. Some of the original flash and mould lines have been removed along with the tab for the base. Besides this, it is undamaged.
