This is a vintage Lefton Japan Ceramic Valentine Angel Girl Music box (#3837). The angel girl is holding 2 red hearts in her hands. The music box works but does play slow, maybe a good cleaning would help but not sure. The bottom of the angel is marked 3837. The music box measures approximately 5 1/8" tall and 4 1/4" wide (at the base).
