The pen holder is approximately 3 3/8" tall, 4 1/4" from side to side, and just over 1 1/4" from its front to its back. It is a hard plastic. There are scratches and scuffs on the orange plastic. There are chips in the back and the bottom of the orange. It does not have a pen.
