   1.Returns are accepted by prior agreement only.

   2. Items must be returned, unused, in a saleable condition in their original box in a secure outer packaging,    such as a consignment bag or outer box. We will contact you once we have received and processed your refund.
 
   3.Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded unless goods are faulty (fault not stated at time of    purchase) or the wrong item has been shipped. - Saleable condition means that the item must be undamaged in any    way.

   4. When returning goods, please use a signed-for or registered service from the Post Office for your own safety.

   5. We are unable to accept a proof of postage receipt, as this is not proof of delivery. - Please note that    return postage costs will only be reimbursed if an item is deemed faulty, or if an incorrect item has been sent.
