RARE OBSOLETE PATCH OF THE OSHAWA POLICE, ONTARIO, CANADA. The CITY OF OSHAWA POLICE DEPARTMENT amalgamated into the DURHAM REGIONAL POLICE in 1974. This patch has a dark blue background with white lettering and border. It is in like new condition and has the old style cheesecloth backing.
