Vintage Lego of Japan Head Bust of Woman in Head Scarf

This bust has several areas of paint loss (Please see ALL photos).

It is very lightweight compared to the others belonging to my mother (in my eBay store). 

This may be a type of papier mache instead of chalkware.

The bottom is covered in black felt and has the original Lego sticker (it is probably hollow).
