You may glue the base to the building and may glue the observation deck to the top of the building wherever you want, OR alternatively just let the pieces sit in place without glueing. The choice is yours. Also, if desired, the plastic piece with the "garage doors" can be removed with care and may be cut to "remove" any garage door(s) for an open look or removed altogether for all the garage doors to have an open look. If you want to reinstall, this piece will require regluing once it is removed. Water based glue is recommended if you use any glue.
