This 16s waltham pocket watch movement is for parts or repairs.  This is how we got it.  I immediately saw that the balance needs work (I don't do any balance work) so It is as it came.  It came with a balance spring and I don't know if it is correct or if that is all that is wrong with the watch.  It is being sold as is with no returns.
