Unknown what the shoe was used for. But a few ideas are: Teaching kids to tie their shoes? Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe nursery rhyme? Advertising or marketing for stores or doctor’s offices? Done research and have found nothing on it. Vintage ephemera?
