Interesting & collectable military crumb scoop or tray most likely used in an Officer's Mess. My research indicates the engraved crest on the scoop is for the 13th Somerset Light Infantry as the crown of the Somerset LI is quite distinctive (however please do your own research).
In terms of age I believe the scoop to date to before the Childers Reforms of 1881 but again, please do your own research.
