This game has never been out of the blister pack, but unfortunately it was damaged in my last move and the edge of the Games Trader blister pack was crushed as seen in the photo.  When I got this years ago the blister pack was still fully intact.  Cartridge still looks awesome though!

The packaging says there are "instructions inside" but not sure if original or a printout.  Guessing they are in between the 2 cardboard pieces.

Still a pretty rare find to see an uncommon game like this in packing from the 90s...
