Offered is this small vintage night light. The piece has a teardrop-shaped black plastic base with a push button on/off switch and a translucent plastic light bulb cover. What appears to be an original bulb is included. The bottom is marked "Leviton" but I don't know if this was sold under that brand name or if they just made the electrical part and it was originally sold as a GE, Westinghouse or some other brand. I don't know when it was made, but it looks like it dates to the 1930s-1940s. This may be a rare find; at the time of original listing I could not find another light like this for sale on eBay or anywhere else.

The base of the light is approx. 4 1/4" x 3" and the whole piece is approx. 3 1/2" high with the cover on. It is in very good condition. The switch works properly; pushing it turns the light on and off, producing a soft orange glow when on (see last photo). I see no damage to the base. The cover has some nicks and marks in the plastic surface. The cord seems to be in good condition, although out of safety I did plug it into a new extension cord before plugging it into the wall. (Extension cord not included.)
