Vintage  8" combination pliers can't see a make only the military broad arrow these will be something like Elliot Lucas, Wilkinson etc being supplied to the British military. Proper old school quality made with a great aged patina. Listing as used but looks like they've seen little if any use been stored for years with other items.  Please take the time to study the pictures carefully for condition and sizes as they form part of the description.
