Anderson on 14th  May, 1832, issued from the Office of the Secretary of State, 13th February 1846.  Registered in Book Cherokee 3:3:page 711 on 25th February 1846. Signed by H.C. Hays.  “To all to whom these presents shall come—Greeting: KNOW YE, That in pursuance of th several Acts of the General Assembly of this State, passed the 21st of December 1830, and of the 22nd December 1831, to authorize the survey and disposition of the Lands with the limits of Georgia in the occupancy of the Cherokee Tribe of Indians, and all other unlocated Lands, with the limits of said State, claimed as Creek Lands, and forming the county of Cherokee, I have given and granted, and by these presents, do give and grant unto B.H.
