CHANGED YOUR MIND? - 14 DAY RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us via email. Once you have received approval and your #RMA code your item must be received back at our offices within 14 days of your initial delivery.

Items mustbe in their original packaging un-used and in a re-saleable condition. Once received back at our returns department and inspected, a refund will be issued in due course. The purchaser is responsible for arranging return shipping and all associated fees. If you are shipping an item over Â£50, we advise using a shipping service that provides tracking, or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.

Dispatch & Delivery of purchases

Dispatch is normally 2-5 WORKING days from order date. We aim to deliver your product within 7-14 WORKING days from the date of dispatch or by the estimated delivery date set out in the acceptance email and in any event within 30 days from the date of order or, in the case of pre-ordered products, 30 days from the date of the dispatch confirmation email. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our reasonable control we will email to you a revised estimated delivery date.

Most items however are delivered within 3-7 WORKING days.

Some large furniture has a 4-6 week delivery timescale, this will be shown on the item detail page.

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the delivery address given in the order.
The products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.
We accept no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post or during transit, we use trackable delivery services for all our orders.
You own the products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges. You will be notified of the delivery charges when you place your order.

Damages

In the unfortunate event of damage, please report within 24 hours of delivery â€“ outside of this period damages will be deemed to have happened after the delivery event. We encourage our customers to check items in the presence of the delivery driver before you signing for the delivery. Refuse items and send back with the driver if in the rare event you are unsatisfied due to damage. To return a damaged item, please fill contact us and we will send a returns label link for you to print
