A really beautiful hand-blown vintage glass vase, measuring approximately 20cm, (8") tall with a 7.7cm diameter opening.  It is approximately 8cm wide with the base being 6.5cm diameter. 

There are no cracks on it,  although on the base there appears to be a chip out of it. I have pointed this out on the last photo. This  of course cannot be seen when upright.

There is a distinct possibility that this could be Murano glass.
