This 2 pieces of Beautiful, Elegant Ivory Color Fine Bone China  6-3/8" Bread and Butter Plate is in Golden Sand Dune Pattern, and was made by Lenox, in USA.  The plates have Embossed Waves(?) designed Ring and double Gold Bands, please take a look at the pictures. They look like brand-new, with their original Stickers,  in Mint Condition
