Vintage Bakers Delivery Van #823 Horse Drawn Wagon England 

I could not find any information on this to determine the maker.  Box and toy is not marked with manufacturer.  More than likely - not W. Britain made.

Paper decal says T. Smith Baker & Confectioner.

*Has damage - see picture with pencil highlighting area.  Played with condition.

Box is 7.25 inches long.
