    • Payment is required within 7 days after purchase.

    • An unpaid item dispute will be filed if payment have not been made within 7 days.

  • Warranty & Return Policy


    • A replacement will be provided for any defective or misrepresented products for the duration of the 1 year. The original shipping label must be sent back to us to validate the return. A full refund can only be issued during the first 30 days upon receipt of the product.

    • Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    • Returns will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damaged by customer.

    • In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

    • Items sent back without a RMA # will not be processed.

    • All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.
