NancysKnicknacks
is a single
owner small business that sells
new, pre-owned, vintage, and antique items.
We source our products from suppliers, auctions, estate sales, and
consignments.

New
items will have
come from a supplier and will be in original, unopened packaging. Some new items may be “seconds” or have flaws
but are still considered new. This will
be listed in detail in the description.

Pre-owned
Items: Per our policy, Pre-Owned means an item that
was owned by a private party and still has useable life to it. Most of our pre-owned items come from estate
sales or consignments. Under normal
circumstances, we do not clean pre-owned items, they are sold the way we
acquire them, unless stated otherwise in the description. We will do our
very best to describe the condition of every item as accurately as possible and
will happily supply plenty of photographs. We cannot guarantee that
pre-owned items come from pet or smoke free environments.

Pre-Owned Clothing:
Most of our pre-owned clothing is acquired through estate sales and/or
consignments. Under normal
circumstances, pre-owned clothing is not laundered before listing. Both laundered and unlaundered items may contain a lingering smell. We recommend that you launder your item
before wearing. We cannot guarantee that
pre-owned clothing has not been altered or comes from pet or smoke free
environments. We strive to make sure all
pre-owned clothing is in excellent condition and will document in the description
if there is any damage to a specific item.

Vintage
& Antique items are
researched and verified for authenticity.
These items are sold “as is” in the condition we receive them. Some items will have some normal wear
& tear. Some items may have chips or cracks or scratches (as is the
case for a lot of vintage & antique items).
We will do our very best to describe the condition of every item as
accurately as possible and will happily supply plenty of photographs.
Buyer’s
Remorse ~ If you are the lucky buyer/winner of one of our items,
congratulations and thank you! If you feel remorse for purchasing for any
reason, that is completely out of our control and you will still be responsible
for paying for your auction/item.
Payment
~ NancysKnicknacks only accepts payment through PayPal.
Payment is expected within 24 hours of winning an auction unless other
arrangements have been made. Non-paying bidders will be reported to Ebay.
Shipping
Charges ~ Shipping charges listed are an estimate based on weight,
location, and handling unless USPS flat rate. NancysKnicknacks is located
in the great state of Idaho. Priority shipping from Idaho to the Mid-West
and/or East Coast can be significant.
Shipping
~ Your item will be shipped within 24 hours of payment
received unless it is a weekend day. Items are packaged as carefully as
possible. We primarily use USPS to ship packages but can use UPS or
FedEx. NancysKnicknacks does not provide insurance so we always recommend
adding insurance during checkout due to the fact that once it leaves our door
we have no control on how those Postal, UPS or FedEx guys treat your
package.
International
Shipping ~ We do not offer
International shipping at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience this
causes.
Refund
Policy ~ Items sold by NancysKnicknacks are sold as-is and no
refunds are offered. All items are described in detail in the
description, so please read the description, item specifics, and view all
photos carefully. NancysKnicknacks offers no warranty or guarantee on any
item. If you have any questions on any particular item, please ask before
buying/bidding; otherwise, refer to the “Buyer’s Remorse” statement.
