Computer is refurbished EXCEPT for the touchscreen monitor.  It needs to be replaced or repaired.  The computer itself is in great condition.  Everything works as pictured in photos when connected to external monitor via HDMI port.  1 TB SSD, 16 GB RAM, Keyboard and Fingerprint scanner ALL WORK.  The internal hard drive was also barely used as it was it work computer and just about all data was stored on external hard drives or external USB devices.  Please ask any other questions you may have.
