and has 193 pages, with color lithographed maps of states, countries,
and regions.
- There are numerous illustrations, charts, tables, and
photogravure views
of notable American landmarks and historic sites, with informational
articles on the individual states.
- One of the photogravure views depicts the Panama Canal, which had opened to
ship traffic less than a year before this atlas was printed.
- A chart near the rear of the book shows the relative strength of
the armies and navies of the world, prior to the war which had recently begun in
Europe.
- It
is an original, authentic 1915 atlas, not
a reproduction or modern reprint, and it is fully guaranteed to be
genuine.
- Condition: It is in very good condition, with sound and solid covers. The interior pages are bright and clean,
with no rips or tears. One page has come loose from the binding but is still
