If graded, I'd say this book is a 4.0/4.5 or better. Front cover has spine ticks, stress marks (creasing/wear along spine), blunted corners, 1/2 inch tear in top left hand corner of spine, some scuffing, light staining, along top edge and bottom edge of cover it appears to be some minor water damage (part of cover looks/feels "wavy"), a few micro tears along edges and some areas of creasing and folding. Back cover has spine ticks, scuffing, some staining spots, slight discoloration, small tear in bottom corner of spine (right hand side), some small tears along edges (including a 1/4 inch tear along top edge), same water damage issue from front cover on back cover/bottom edge and areas of creasing and folding. Inside pages are complete/attached with some pages having perforation tears, foxing/discoloration, some small scuff marks here and there and general wear for its age/grade.
