VINTAGE BONWITT TELLER TAFFETA WEDDING DRESS,
BUTTONS UP BACK FROM 1950’s – 1960’s, THE FRONT IS 60” LONG, 76” LONG FROM TOP OF SHOULDER
TO END OF TRAIN, TRAIN CAN BE BUSTLED WITH BUTTONS ON BACK OF WAIST (see pics), ABOUT 14” ACROSS
FROM ARMPIT TO ARMPIT WHEN LAID FLAT, ABOUT 11” ACROSS THE WAIST WHEN LAID FLAT.
There is a BONWITT TELLER label inside the dress (see pics). There are “stays” sewn
into the bodice of the dress for shape & structure (see pics). The dress material
is not marked or labeled for content. It looks & feels like taffeta, but it
might be a silk or silk blend, unknown. There are some stains on the dress
skirt & bodice (see pics). There is a matching Juliette Cap Veil with Tulle
that is sold separately. If you are looking for the original matching tulle veil
for this dress we will ship the two items together upon purchase of both items.
This dress will need spot cleaning upon delivery. We hope this beautiful dress
finds a new Bride to Be or someone who loves to repurpose vintage wedding dresses.
