If graded, I'd say this book is a 5.0/5.5 or better. Front cover has spine ticks, blunted corners (with small chips in corners of spine), some areas of scuffing, a few micro tears along edges and areas of light creasing and folding. Back cover has a small chip in bottom left hand corner, a few micro tears/micro chips along edges, some areas of light creasing and folding, scuffing, slight discoloration and a few staining spots along top edge of cover. Inside pages are complete/attached with some pages having perforation tears, foxing, some small scuffing marks/light staining here and there + some pages are missing small chunks in corners (small chips).
