Figure measures approximately 5" - 6" tall.
Pre-owned never removed from box. The plastic on the box has yellowed a bit, the box is dusty from having been on a shelf for years, and there is some box wear as seen in the pictures. Smeagol no longer talks when the button is pressed so I am assuming the batteries have died and with the package being sealed, I can't replace them. Takes 3 button cell (LR44) batteries.
