Shipping / Returns

• 🛡️Orders will be posted within 2 working days, if for any reason this is not possible I will contact the buyer and inform them.
         
• 🛡️I use both Royal Mail and Hermes for deliveries.
         
• 🛡️Items can be returned if you change your mind but unless the product is faulty or damaged, postage costs will be covered by the buyer.
         
• 🛡️Items must be returned in the condition they arrived in to be eligible for a refund.
         
• 🛡️Sealed products must be returned in their original packaging and unopened.
         
• 🛡️Orders cancelled prior to shipping will not incur any charges.
     
• 🛡️Single use items, such as online codes are not eligible for refunds.
       

       

Lost / Damaged items

Although shipping providers try their best to get parcels to their destination, sometimes there are mishaps and items become lost or damaged. In the unfortunate occasion this does happen, please contact me and I will respond as soon as possible. Royal mail indicate that no claims can be pursued until 10 workings days have passed since the item was posted. Hermes indicate that any claim can take up to 28 days to complete and that refunds / replacements should not be sent prior to completion in case the item is recovered. Should a claim need to be made, I may require the customer to sign a Denial of Receipt form to progress any further.
