Battery operated and in working condition Please see video for sound ! It comes with the key for ignition switch ( decal is missing from switch ) The engine n switch have mounting straps but might be missing some of the hardware , it looks like it was never mounted to a bike , battery box is not corroded or spoiled Please see Pics n video for condition, ask questions , “As-Is “, no instruction sheet ! Box measures 11 1/2 inches by 10 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches. Box has wear.( See Pics ! ) Thanks !
