please see pics!!! Vials are never filled to the top due to laws regarding the transport of liquid containing alcohol. The content is filled by the manufacturer and is equal to what is listed on the manufacturer's card

- Samples are a good way to try fragrance before investing in a full size bottle. Cards or vials might be labeled as “SAMPLE” or “NOT FOR SALE” or other related writing of that nature.

Note: Manufacturers do not fill up the vials samples full on the way to the top !!
