This is a Coca-Cola Official Soft Drink of NASCAR metal license plate. The plate is in very good shape but has two small scratches as I've tried my best to show in the pictures. The plate also is a little bit twisted where it doesn't lay perfectly flate unless it's fastened or held down as I also tried to show in the last picture.
