Leather (?) patch with grommets inside one pocket.

I love this skirt!
The waist measures about 16 1/2 inches across (33' around) and can be pulled tighter with the adjustable closure in the front.
The total length is 21 inches.
I'm not sure exactly where the hips would fall, but the width at the hem is 22"- or 44" around.
My best guess is about 20" (or 40' around) at the hips.
