You are looking at a well working, but needs cleaned round ornate 2 piece # 7 cast iron adjustable floor heat grate, vent cast iron adjustable floor heat grate, Both marked with the number 7. I see no cracks or chips.  It will need a minor cleaning, if you want to make it perfect. heavy and solid. It weighs over 3 pounds before packing shipping. I never seen one like it.
