Return Policy:
1. Return Without Reason:
   - All logistics costs for returns without a reason are covered by the BUYER.
   - Returned items must be in their original condition, including complete packaging and no damage to the appearance.
   - A full refund will be issued once the returned product is received and confirmed by our company.

2. Damaged Upon Arrival:
   - If the product is damaged or malfunctioning upon arrival, report it to us within 7 days.
   - We will cover all logistics costs and provide a full refund upon confirmation of the damage.
   - Reports made after 7 days will not be considered as immediate damage upon arrival. Normal after-sales quality problem processing applies, with a 7-day window from the actual delivery date. Warranty Rules Will Apply after 7th day.

3. Quality Issues:
   - Within 7 Days: If a quality issue is reported within 7 days of delivery, we will provide a full refund and cover all logistics costs.
   - Beyond 7 Days, Within 12 Months: For quality issues reported after 7 days but within 12 months (6 months for battery, motor, charger, controller, and instrument), the buyer is responsible for delivery costs. The product will be sent to Poland for repair or exchange, agreement after communication.

Additional Return and Warranty Options:

Delivery Details:
- Door-to-Door Service: Buyers receive a "Tracking ID" within 1-2 days after purchase, weekends not included.
- Free Shipping: No delivery charges within Europe.
