his pair of Santa Fe HO scale diesel locomotives are truly stunning in their Warbonnet red and silver livery. The F7's pulled the Santa Fe's most prestigious trains including The Chief, Super Chief and Grand Canyon and was referred to as 'The Railroad of the Stars' due to the number of movie stars who travelled from Los Angeles to Chicago mainly on the Super Chief.
The models have been stored since new so are unmarked in excellent boxes. They have been tested and run superbly and quietly. Whilst not strictly DCC Ready, Athearn made it easy to convert to DCC with easily removable and replaceable circuit boards.
