I am back after a short hiatus! I have just received six (6) Nikon lenses from my buddy. I will be staggering my auction ending time by 15 minutes for every lens so you can bid on more than one at a time if you want .I also started to the start time earlier from 7PM to 630PM-Eastern Standard Time.
I just did a quick search for all of the lenses and camera equipment I have sold since November of 2023. I have sold over 55 singles/lots with around 75 pieces. Out of those, I had three issues. One lens which the buyer told me didn't focus correctly. When I got it back, I discovered he never ever opened the internal bag. I had the lens checked out anyway and it was fine. I blocked him and now, I put a piece of security tape over each internal wrap. The next one was a Tamron that was defective. The aperture ring was stuck. That was my fault and I never caught it. Full refund including postage both ways. The next one I am currently working on is an exposure meter that is malfunctioning. I am working with him on a full refund as we speak. Not bad for all of those and more importantly, you can trust me to work something out with you with my 30 day guarantee.
Let me start out about me and what I have to offer. I have been on eBay longer than I can remember. I have bought and sold items. I am a camera enthusiast and deal mostly in Nikon items. All of the lenses I will put up came from a professional camera studio. All were professionally stored and not abused. I have been buying all of my cameras and lenses from them for years. The manager is my friend and he gets me only the lenses that would pass their inspection. I have never received one lens or camera that has failed on me. I have also never received one camera or lens back due to a malfunction. I offer a 30 day guarantee on each item I sell unless noted. Obviously it cannot be dropped in a triathlon!! This is a Tamron B018 18-200mm Dii II VC (Tamrons version of Image Stabilization). I put this lens through my 6 step cleaning process which includes a lens polish. I then placed it on a Nikon D7500 and ran it through the paces. Everything works as it should. Now, for my full disclosure. It is a tad stiff when using the zoom. It's not as smooth as a new one but it still works without any issues. The focus ring up front works fine but...I have two of these lenses for sale and each one does something a little different. In AF mode, there is no reason to touch the focusing ring, however, when you do move it, you feel each detent. When you place it on manual mode, its smooth as it should be. I cannot feel the detents in the other Tamron I have. This one was made in Vietnam and the other China. I don't know which one is correct or if the manufacturing parameters were different. Either way, I can't find any fault in either lens. There is no reason to touch the focusing ring in auto focus anyway so it is not an issue. It is just something I noticed. Also, this lenses front lens has a very minor scratch on it. You cannot see it with your eyes unless you put it under a light. I took a photo of it in my photo box and pointed to the scratch. You cannot see that scratch show up on any of your photos. There are my full disclosures. It comes with its original lens caps and hood. These lenses cost $340.00 new today. Again, I encourage you to look at other lenses like it for sale on eBay. No one describes their lenses like I do. I have nothing to hide. If you read somewhere else that their lens is used but in good shape, but is still used and might have some small scratches, marks or dust, run. Run far away !!! Then come back to me and place your bid!!
On that note, remember that this is not a brand new lens. I cannot see everything and can make mistakes but, no worries!!! My return policy is very fair. Read below.
I guarantee this to be a genuine Tamron lens and that it will function like new for 30 days. It will also arrived as described. The lens you see in this ad is the lens you will get!!! That is my only guarantee so please look closely at the pictures and description as I will not accept returns other than what my guarantee implies. It definitely doesn't cover misuse or physical damage You risk nothing except return postage and I usually will work with you on that as well.
SHIPPING-I do not attempt to profit on shipping. If the price you pay is higher than my actual cost , then I will refund you the difference over $2.00. If higher, then I eat it. I will reuse recycled shipping boxes, supplies and misc. packaging items depending what I have in stock. Your item might arrive in a new USPS Priority box as well. Either way, I promise you that your items(s) will be delivered to you safe and sound. This saves on my shipping cost and in return, you save $$$ as well. PLEASE NOTE-IF I refund you, it will show up as a refund for this item. It is not a refund cancelling the order. Read the notes. It is for shipping. I had one buyer freak out and instead of asking, they marked me one star and sent me a nasty note stating I refunded them the whole amount and cancelled their order. They accused me of not making enough money!!! Ok, if I cancel your order, you won't be able to leave me feedback. This buyer/reseller had over 100,000 ratings and yet........ This caused two days of strife!!! Everything worked out in the end. I hate adding these extra notes in my ad but problems do occur with jumpy buyers. Calm down and read the fine print folks!!!

I will ship this USPS Priority for $14.99 USPS Priority Mail only. There isn't much difference in the price for USPS Ground Shipping so I like the expedited services better. This lens is close to 1.8 pounds with the extra packaging I give do to its so it will arrive safely. These lenses require much more protective materials. I use heavy duty packaging materials which isn't so cheap. I also used recycled and new packaging depending what i have on hand. I will try to pass the savings along to you. Remember that I will refund you any difference over $2.00. Most of my buyers have received refunds. I will ship to anywhere else in the world for $45.00. I will issue refunds for anything over $5.00 in over payment for international shipping. If you don't want to trust me with this, then please don't bid!!! I will combine shipping. Just pay upfront and I will refund you the difference in the cost. I do not know where you live. If you live close to me, then the shipping can drop significantly! As much as half in some cases. Ok, now, believe it or not, I have received messages from eBayers asking me why the shipping is so high because they live in Miami, 45 minutes from me!!! Hmmmmm.......what's wrong with that statement!!! Yes, I have received several messages like this. I promptly block them from bidding!!! Got to love it!!!
