The York Black Hornet is a perfect balance of function and British-inspired style. The bike features our sleek 4130 Cro-Moly frame and fork, plus a 1-speed fixed/freewheel flip-flop rear hub to match your riding form. A front carrier and frame bag helps you tow towels to the beach, and sleek fenders keep you dry in the rain. The touring bar, classic saddle and stitched grips all combine to give the York the air of a bike from another era.

The Felt York Black Hornet is a stylish, simple, classic bike that is made for urban riding. Informed by classic bikes of years past, this bike features a sturdy steel frame and fork for a smooth, stable ride. A coaster brake hub both propels and stops this machine with panache, and components from Alex, KMC, Tektro, and Felt round out the spec. You can even carry your groceries in the included front parcel carrier.

Can be ridden as a fixie or single speed bike (flip flop rear wheel)

Good condition for a 2015 - 2017 bike. Scratches in paint commensurate with age, wear and tear.

Lovely front basket, although a little small for my liking.

Selling as frame a little big for me and prefer a more sloping top tube in hindsight. A rash purchase.

The only original part that is missing is the leather stowage cylinder that hung below the top tube when supplied new (based on my research).

I have not serviced the bike myself or had it serviced by a bike mechanic, so suggest this is done for many happy years of riding. Sold as seen.
