Orders are shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of cleared payment. This item is shipped via USPS Ground Advantage approximately 2-5 business days. Items will be shipped to the name and address that is listed on your account upon purchase. Changes to shipped-to name or address cannot be modified or changed after purchase. Any packages or items that are returned to us are subject to re-shipping or restocking fees so please assure that your information is correct and up to date.

Refunds & Returns:

There will not be any exchanges or refunds unless the item you received is defective or different than what was ordered. Orders cannot be canceled after items have already been shipped. Please contact us within 3 days after the delivered date if the item you received is damaged or incorrect an incorrect item. For an exchange or refund, please provide a picture of the defective or incorrect item. Items must be in its original condition, unworn and have the original tags, if any, to qualify for a refund or exchange.
