Returns Policy: If you are not happy with any of our products, have selected the incorrect colour, or the colour does not match, you have 30 days to return the item back to us after receipt to request a refund or exchange. Please note that only items that are unused, in original condition, that have not been removed from their hygiene ties and also in their original packaging can be accepted for a refund or exchange for hygiene reasons. Please check the weight, colour and length before removing from its packaging. The buyer is responsible for the postage cost when returning an item, using a tracking service to ensure the item does not get lost is recommended, we do not take responsibility for items that do not reach us if there is no valid tracking number

Shade Chart: We know how difficult it can be to colour match online. Our shade pictures are taken in natural daylight and show the best possible picture to the actual shade, however, different lighting and device settings can alter the appearance, if you need any assistance please message us with a photograph, we will help the best we can.
