Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a framed vintage scherenschnitte art wall hanging.  The work was done by Brother Martin de Porres Cuypers.  Circa '80s. Along the bottom edge of the paper, it is numbered (1/1), titled "Hens", dated 1983, and is signed by the artist in pencil (see photos). The frame is constructed of wood, and is gold in color. The symmetrical paper design is in a purple color.  There is a small jagged metal hanging tab on the back side of the frame, located top center. Measurements: Including the gold tone wooden frame, approx. 8.75" tall x 7.25" wide. The visible artwork itself, excluding the frame and matting, measures approx. 4-7/8" tall x 3.5" wide. Condition: Good vintage condition. No notable problems to report - just general light wear that one would expect from age and handling - displays very well.  We have not attempted to remove the artwork from the frame to investigate it any further. Being sold "as-is", so if you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask them prior to bidding.
