Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a nice vintage mixed media framed wall hanging.  Circa '70s.  Features various pieces of metal that form what looks like a starburst and are displayed in a floating fashion within the frame.  Title: "Galaxie".  While we cannot clearly make out the signature, this piece is signed in pencil by the artist in the lower right-hand corner (see photos).  Measurements:  Including the frame, approx. 16.25" tall x 20.25" wide.  The visible artwork, excluding the frame and matting, measures approx. 10" tall x 14" wide. Condition: Decent vintage condition.  The only real flaw is that the paper material behind the metal shapes has some faint discoloration / spotting throughout (see photos).  We have not taken the frame apart to see if it can be cleaned or touched up - we'll leave that up to the purchaser to handle on their own.  Aside from that, it displays nicely.  The frame is in good shape and is structurally solid - just has some minor wear typical of age and handling.
