Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage sculptural wood figural table lamp.  Circa '50s / '60s. Maker: Heifetz. Features a carved wooden figure with arms outstretched over the head.  The wooden figure is mounted onto a black amoeba-shaped base.  While a little hard to read, the lamp is signed along the back side of the black wooden base (see photos).  It'll be left up to the purchaser to provide their own shade as presently there is none.  This lamp will make a wonderful addition to any modern interior setting! Measurements:  The lamp stands approx. 39" tall (measured from the bottom of the baseto the top of the finial).  It is approx. 29" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the socket).  The wood figure alone measures approx. 21" tall x 4" wide x 2.75" deep. The black amoeba-shaped wooden base measures approx. 3" tall x 7.25" wide x 6.5" deep. Condition: Overall, the lamp is in very good condition - there are no chips, cracks, breaks, scratches, repairs, etc.  We have not attempted to clean or polish the lamp in any manner - what you see, is what you get. The electrical wiring appears to be original to the lamp - there are no frays, splits, exposed and/or brittle wires. The plug tip has a band of white adhesive tape wrapped around it, and should be replaced. As it is, the lamp is in fully-functioning, working order.  As with all vintage lighting, we always strongly recommend having a licensed electrician inspect the wiring prior to long-term use.  The lamp is being sold "as-is" - if you have questions, we do encourage you to ask them before purchasing, and we will respond back to you in a timely manner.
