THE INTERIOR
We think the pictures speak for themselves on this one, its not you average off the shelf ply fit out. Fully insulated throughout and finished in cladding.
THE KITCHEN & SITTING AREA
Featuring light cream metro ceramic tiles and a solid oak worktop, this is a quality set up. Recessed into the worktop you will find a double gas burner and a top mounted sink.
Underneath, you have your kitchen units fitted with sage green shaker style doors with contrasting black bar handles. In the centre unit, there is a full size undercounter fridge with freezer compartment and plinth lighting.
Surrounding the kitchen is an L shaped seating area suitable for relaxation or can also be used as a small bed. These benches are covered in the same water and stain resistant upholstery as the main bed and the bases lift up to provide extra storage. The area also comes with a small removable solid oak coffee table.
Around the kitchen and seating area there are numerous power points for mains appliances and charging devices.
THE SHOWER AND TOILET
Featuring a large resin shower tray with full hot water mixer bar shower, you certainly aren’t roughing it when you step in here. Full aqua panelling for simple maintenance and a full height tambour door provide easy access, with the waste water going straight into the vans underslung waste water tank.
Within the shower area there is a fully fitted and electrically operated flushing toilet connected and a simple cassette system to remove waste.
THE SLEEPING AREA
The bed is a full metal system that is bolted to the structure of the van and covered in thick ply. (not your cheap IKEA slat job) providing the largest sleeping area possible. This is covered by a custom 4” foam mattress upholstered in water and stain resistant exterior fabric.
In the sleeping area you can find USB ports for charging your devices, and a 24” smart tv with both a Wi-Fi connection and Freeview. Main bed size is approx. 168CM X 140CM and maximum head height of 80CM.
THE GARAGE
This is the power centre of the van where all the electrical, gas and heating system are fitted. All these items are accessible through doors in the units, but also leaves a large storage area for your bags or outdoor equipment.
THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
As the van has been designed to be fully self sufficient off grid, the electrical system is no different.
It is capable of providing both on and off grid power for 12V and 240V mains. The change from on to off grid power is all automatic, there is no switching or plugs required.

THE HEATING AND WATER SYSTEM
The van is fitted with an on board hot water tank, which also provides warm arm through 4 vents fitted inside the interior (one in the shower to act as a small drying room). This is all controlled by a colour screen at the front of the van.
This unit can run on both LPG and electric, again, giving you the option for off grid.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
THE EXTERIOR
To the roof the van is fitted with a large RHINO roof rack with the solar panels installed at the front and an LED light bar, leaving the rear free for storage of your items. Up here you will also find the electric MAXXAIR fan complete with remote control to provide good ventilation throughout.
To the side you will find the 16A hook up point, mains water fill point and the exhaust for the water/air heater.
The van has a opening window fitted to the sliding door and solid glass to both rear doors. Additional external windows for both sides will be sold with the van should you want to fit them (as fakes).
THE BASE VEHICLE
Any AA/RAC inspection is welcome, vehicle is sold as seen, happy to collect buy from the local train or bus station if needed.
Van has just a full complete service and air con re-gas ready for its next owner.
