A handmade woven silk necktie by eminent British outfitter Turnbull & Asser, in a purple and green paisley pattern, with silver accents.

I have seen these ties being made, and can vouch for their superlative quality and durability.

The blade is around 3 3/4 inches, or 9.5cm, wide at the widest point, and the total length of the tie is somewhat over 55 inches, or 140cm.

This item is from my personal collection. It has been stored carefully rolled, and comes from

a smoke-free home.
