This console comes with a USB charger and the stylus pictured! It is fully functional. It has a broken hinge, however it still totally works; the top screen though has some very, very slight white corners - check photos. They are always visible, though they are very mild and will never get in the way of anything on the screen; gameplay is still 100% enjoyable!
I have briefly wiped down the console, however there will likely be a few fingerprints, some dirt in crevices, etc. Just give it a little cleaning and it will be all good to go!
