Here's a terrific item for any college football fan...

This is an authentic game day program for the traditional battle between the Panthers of the University of Pittsburgh and the Penn State Nittany Lions at Beaver Stadium in University Park, Pa. on November 21, 1964. The cover features longtime Penn State coach Rip Engle and his captain - a future College Hall of Fame coach at the University of New Hampshire - end Bill Bowes. Engle's top assistant, associate coach Joe Paterno, would take over before the 1966 season after Engle retired. You'll find a photo of Paterno on page 13 along with fellow staffers Earle Bruce, later the coach at Iowa State and Ohio State, and George Welsh, who coached at Navy and Virginia

Penn State had it their way in 1964, ripping Pitt, 28-0, thanks to fullback Tom Urbanik's 107 yards rushing and two touchdowns.

Inside, you'll find all the game information you'd want and pictures of the coaches and players as well as plenty of period advertising. The publication is filled with statistics and features that will thrill any Penn State fan.

You'll find the 68-page program to be in solid condition with no missing pages. See the attached scans.
