Shipping Information

• **Postage for any number of plants can be combined to one charge of 5.50, if the postage does not automatically combine or you've purchased the plants individually we will refund the postage overpayment as soon as possible**

• We use recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials.
• Boxes are sealed and insulated for safe cold weather shipping.
• We avoid flattening plants to reduce damage.
• We aim to package and ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
• We use a 24-hour courier service, but delivery may take 48-72 hours depending on location.
• Carefully remove your plant from the packaging upon arrival.
• We recommend waiting 2-3 weeks (summer) or 3-5 weeks (cooler months) before repotting to minimise stress.

Returns/Damages Policy

• If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us immediately ensuring you’ve taken photos of the outer box, label and the plants condition.
• We cannot compensate for minor cosmetic damage like broken leaves or blemished leaves, but will address severe damage affecting future growth.
• We cannot accept returns due to the risk of further damage during transit.
