Item has only been listed as used as I have opened him purely to check for any flaws or flaking, none of the accessories or plastic packing has been removed from the figure.

Upon inspection I can confirm this item is brand new in the box with no issues. It has the fresh out of the hot toys paint shop factory smell and is a rare must have figure for any hot toys and guardians of the galaxy fan.

This item does not come with a brown outer shopper box but will be shipped in another shipper box fully protected for shipping.
