This is a lovely floral gilt pattern demitasse sized (about 3-4 ounces) cup and saucer from Echt Weimar Kobalt.  It is stamped German Democratic Republic (East Germany) which dates it after 1949.  No chips or cracks. The gilt designs on the bottom and top of the cup and on the rim of the saucer are hand painted the rest of the decoration is applied.

Because condition is a judgement call, I do my best to describe and photograph problems but it is possible I might unintentionally miss something.

Unless specified as new, my items are used, vintage or antique and will have imperfections given use and age.
