This is a Preowned Vintage GCS NY Sleeveboard Pen Knife.  The tang is marked "GCS NY", the other side is "TRADE MARK REG.".  The small end is marked "A. GOLD FRONT".  As Found, The knife is in Very Good Condition.  It is tight with good snap.  The blade has not been sharpened.  See Photos.
